Mount Himlung is situated in one of the remote part at Nepal-Tibet border in the Manaslu region. This mountain is opened for climbers in 1992 only, before it was restricted. The route to climb Mount Himlung follows the trekking route of the Annapurna Circuit until Koto and from there to follow the small path towards the spectacular valley of Nar-Phu Gaon.
