Measurement of Mount Everest is completed Nepal Government has decided to measure the height of Mount Everest by own. In order to measure the height, Nepal Government sent a survey team to Mount Everest. And member of team surveyors along with other Sherpa climbers successfully scaled on 22nd May 2019 the world’s highest mountain collecting the data for the measurement of height of Mt Everest this morning.
In association with Essilor SunSolution, Sherpa Shepherds has conducted an Everest Expedition for Women’s Empowerment in 2018. And this even has became very successful, 5 women successfully climbed Mount Everest. Goodwill ambassador of www.sherpashepherds.com, Kanchhi Maya Tamang climbed for her second time. Kanchhi Maya Tamang is the first Tamang Women to climb Mount Everest and first human being to climb Everest for social cause.
Kanchhi Maya Tamang is the first Tamang Women to climb Mount Everest and she became the first person to climb world highest peak Mount Everest with social cause i.e. 'STOP HUMAN TRAFFICKING'. She is goodwill ambassador of many organizations such as UN Women Nepal, Save The Child Foundation, Paurakhi Nepal and awarded by many organizations.
At least seven women climbers have headed towards upper Rolwaling region to attempt to climb Ramdung peak, according to expedition organiser. The team led by the first Tamang female Everest summiteer and goodwill ambassador of UN Women Nepal Kanchi Maya Tamang will attempt to scale the 5,925 m – peak with a mission of Women Empowerment, Dinesh Tamang, Director at Sherpa Shepherds, an organiser of the expedition said.
